LSSSTM is a simple and elegant solution for ACJ dislocations, which includes a synthetic braid that wraps around the coracoid—a part of the scapula or the shoulder bone—and passes around the posterior of the clavicle. The braid is then secured using a single screw of 3.5 mm diameter positioned on the anterior surface of the clavicle and running in the anterior-posterior direction.
